Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's overall digital marketing strategy. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to drive business growth through effective online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business goals. This includes creating a roadmap for all digital marketing initiatives and setting clear KPIs for each campaign.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to achieve maximum ROI.

  • Website Management: Oversee the company's website and ensure it is optimized for user experience and search engines. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement improvements and track website performance metrics.

  • SEO and Content Strategy: Work closely with the SEO team and content creators to develop an effective SEO strategy. Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and create a link-building plan to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive community growth. Monitor social media platforms, respond to customer inquiries, and track social media metrics.

  • Email Marketing: Oversee the email marketing campaigns, including creating email content, segmenting the audience, A/B testing, and measuring performance to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Paid Advertising: Manage the company's paid advertising efforts, including PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising. Optimize ad performance and budget allocation based on conversion data.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance, website traffic, and other relevant metrics. Prepare regular reports for management, presenting insights and recommended actions.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different channels to achieve the best results.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and areas for growth.

  • Collaboration: Conduct technical SEO audits and work with web developers to address any technical issues that could impact search rankings.

  • Provide regular SEO performance reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree or certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to innovate and adapt in a dynamic digital landscape.
