Description

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to own the inbound customer funnel end-to-end. The leads come to us; the job is making sure none of them slip, and that existing accounts feel looked after. This is a full-time, in-office role. No remote or work-from-home arrangement.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries across all channels: live chat, email, phone, web forms, tickets, and HubSpot CRM
  • Run the pipeline in HubSpot — log every touch, set follow-up tasks, keep deal stages accurate, work the queue daily
  • Send timely first responses (target: minutes on chat, hours on email) and consistent follow-ups — no lead goes cold because nobody remembered to write back
  • Quote IaaS products using our standard pricing and HostBill; handle non-standard quote requests with the right internal stakeholders
  • Maintain existing accounts: renewals, upgrades, expansion conversations, and routing simple billing or service questions to the right team
  • Coordinate with network and operations on technical questions, custom configurations, and provisioning timelines
  • Represent Mindlabs at industry events — primarily APAC (PTC, APRICOT, Capacity Asia, ITW where relevant) — meeting customers, prospects, and partners face to face
  • Maintain an active LinkedIn presence: share company updates, engage with the industry, build a personal network as a visible face of the brand
Skills and Qualification
  • 2+ years of sales experience in IaaS, hosting, colocation, bandwidth, CDN, or adjacent infrastructure markets
  • Demonstrated history of using CRM and tracking systems to actually manage a pipeline — not just log calls after the fact. You should be able to talk concretely about how you've structured deal stages, follow-up cadences, and reporting in a past role
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience preferred; comparable CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close) acceptable
  • Strong written English — quick on chat, clear on email, structured on longer RFQs
  • Disciplined follow-up habits; you treat your task list as commitments, not suggestions
  • Comfortable talking shop with technical buyers: network engineers, sysadmins, small ISP and SaaS operators
  • Self-directed; able to run your day without someone assigning each task
  • Able to commute reliably to our office and work on-site full time
